THE XB-650i IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER NOW!  We are currently in Pre-Production.  We have fully evaluated a functional prototype, and are in the middle of field testing 10x 1st Article Units off of production tooling.  After quick and successful evaluation of those, we will proceed with full production, which is expected to be complete and ready to ship by early December, 2026.

  At only 13.3 lbs, the XB-650i delivers 15.7 tons of clamp force and 28.7 tons of ram force with a full 4-inch stroke. This level of performance rivals or exceeds most hydraulic bead breakers, yet it requires nothing more than a standard 1/2" cordless impact wrench.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

• For years, the only real option for breaking beads on large multi-piece wheels was a hydraulic bead breaker. While effective, those tools are heavy, expensive, and require significant support equipment.

  After 8 years of development, we found a better way.
• 
  We adapted the proven perpendicular clamp strap geometry used in commercial hydraulic tools and engineered it for fully manual operation using heavy-duty threaded screws. By combining smart mechanical design, high-strength materials, and precision investment casting, we were able to create a tool that is dramatically lighter, more portable, easier to use, and significantly more affordable — while actually delivering higher clamp and ram forces than most hydraulic units.
