XB-550i HD Tire Bead Breaker (MADE-IN-USA for Tractor/OTR/Commercial/Industrial Tires)

Just used the 550 to do 4 315/75R16 MT’s that have been on a set of Dick Cepek rims for 10 years and bead sealed at least twice.
The only issue I had was trying to get the teeth between the rim and tire because the tire has a the rim guard feature. So I used a tire bar to make room but had to leave it there for the first full push.
Other than that the tool worked flawlessly. Some tires required 3 moves to free up the tire enough.

I had previously tried the high lift jack trick and the whole side weight of my jeep wouldn’t budge the bead.
I highly recommend this tool.

Piece of junk only done one side of truck tire and smeared off soft pin on clamp and stripped the threads on tool.must be all foreign products used should be replaceable steel threads. Couldn't believe what a piece of crap it is. Should have lit 300 dollars on fire instead would have been less frustrating

The media could not be loaded.

I ran over a deer shed with the John Deere 4640 and ruined the tube. What’s important to understand is the technique’s required in order to use this product. Research using this on tractor tires via YouTube. Unbelievably easy once you figure out the proper techniques…! I had an 18.4x38 tire off the rim in minutes using this tool. John Deere 4640 loves it. This tools saves a lot of time and money. No more service calls. Get out the 30 inch tire spoons or whatever you have and when used with this tool makes the process enjoyable. Don’t forget the baby powder and a way to clean up the rust scale from off your rims…I used to remove tires with a sledge hammer. Never again.

Excellent product. A heck of a lot easier than using a jack under my trailer hitch to break the bead. I wish I had this years ago.

Works great for Tractor Tires

This thing is awesome. We do 25-30 rear tractor tires a week with this thing. It handles most with ease. The bolt does go through alot so I’d get an extra ram bolt. That’s the only down fall but it seems the bolt threads is softer than the threads on the body so that’s a plus as well.

This Tool works great! I usually have to fight getting the inner bead off the rim due to using a biodegradable shampoo for lube during installation that glues the bread to aluminum. It took using the XB-550i in 5 different spots to get the bead of and less than 10 minutes of time. This will be in my trail tool bag from now on. just incase GREAT product.

USED IT A FEW TIMES AND IT WORKED WELL. I HAD A PAIR OF UTV TIRES THAT HAD TO BE CHANGED. I DO NOT THINK I COULD BREAK THE BEADS WITHOUT THIS TOOL

very high quality. works great for doing tires on the ground. the only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because you can't break the back bead on the unit especially with skytraks. was hoping this tool would save me a ton of time, but I can only break the front bead with it. the nut for the clamp should be on the rear to pull the clamp in so that we can use it on either bead. (I understand this would raise the cost of the unit) I would be willing to pay an additional 100$ easy to have this same small unit with the reverse style clamp for professional tire guys. it could be called the 550iPRO or something. I'm excited to try your new OTR one coming out in the fall specifically for that reason. this one will just sit at the shop instead of in the service truck since it is only useful with doing tires off-unit

Only used it once so far but it easily broke the beads on my old race 35in. tire. It didn't hurt the aluminum wheel either! Seems to be a quality tool!

I have broken down about ten tires (various sizes from smaller car to large pickup) so far with the XB-550i Bead Breaker. It has performed great, even on old, very stiff 4" wide whitewall tires on rusted rims. Follow directions, keep the threads lubed, use soapy water on tire beads, it will get the job done. And this is not my first rodeo with tires.
Very satisfied with this purchase. Only complaint (I'm kidding) the good looking XL gloves aren't big enough for my hands. I have that problem all the time, so no surprise. Thanks for offering a USA made quality product that does as advertised!

Works great! Plastic pad on the wheel side could be a bit more robust. It doesn’t tolerate sliding action and can be pulled off.

First time I used it and I was impressed. Very durable and ease of use.

It’s my go-to for tires big and small. It’s compact and sturdy. I’ve broken down beads on 46” and 53” military tires dozens of times and broke beads on various other problem tires that have been on for decades. It’s my go-to method to break beads of any size.

Used it on a rear tractor tire. Worked great. Tire was fairly new and soft yet. Hope it works just as good on an old stiff one.

I have the heavy duty version and am impressed. no pounding with hammers to loosen bead. can be used anywhere, and with tire still on vehicle. will do most tires from large tractor to atv.

Don’t know why it took so long for someone to figure this out!! Easy to use, works perfectly, and im thoroughly impressed!! Will be ordering the bigger size here in a few days. Works on my little John Deere tractor and my 15” trailer tires!! Ordered the tire spoons also. Just waiting for them to get here. Im gonna save bookoos of money fixing my own tires!! 💪🏼💪🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
